Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment via Worldpay. Please make cheques payable to "Tracy Satchwell" items will be dispatched upon receipt of cheque.
Shipping And Handling All shipping is via the royal mails recorded, special delivery and parcel services.
Delivery Schedule We will normally send orders in the UK within 7 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee Tracy Satchwell Designs guarantees, to the best of our ability, to ensure that the product you receive will be complete and fit for it's intended use. If this is not the case then you have up to 7 days from the day after you received the product to return it to us for a full refund. You may contact us via email at returns@tracysatchwell.com or in writing, and we will attempt to rectify the situation with you.

You have the right to cancel your order with us, this can be done up to 7 days from the day after the goods are received by you. In the event of cancellation you must notify us either by email to cancellations@tracysatchwell.com or in writing You must also return the product to us at the address shown, or by using the returns label which should be enclosed with your product. We will return your money within 30 days of notice of cancellation. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage to Tracy Satchwell Designs.


The terms of this contract do not affect your statutory rights.
